Privacy Notice
FlowBer is a small Burnaby, British Columbia business. This notice explains the personal information and website measurement data we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you submit an order request or contact us, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, requested date, fulfillment preference, delivery address, message, and selected products. We use it to respond, confirm availability, prepare your order, arrange payment, and meet business and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Website technologies
Essential technologies support website security, administration, and order submission.
Analytics uses Google Analytics on public pages to help us understand which pages are used and whether the website and order process work effectively.
Advertising measurement allows FlowBer and Google Ads to associate an accepted order request with an advertising interaction. We may retain approved campaign parameters and a Google click identifier for up to 30 days in your browser and attach them to the related order record.
What we do not send to Google Ads
Our advertising conversion event contains a technical event name, schema version, website source, and unique FlowBer order number. It does not contain your name, email, phone number, address, message, products, payment status, order value, or contribution margin. We do not upload payment records to Google.
Cookies and browser controls
Public pages may use first-party browser storage and Google measurement cookies. You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking storage does not prevent you from browsing products or submitting an order inquiry, although campaign attribution and some aggregate analytics may be unavailable.
You can also manage advertising choices through Google My Ad Center or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers and safeguards
FlowBer uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. Information may be processed outside British Columbia or Canada and may be subject to the laws of those locations. We limit access to people and providers who need it for the stated purposes and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Retention and questions
We retain order and correspondence records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling.
Valeriya is FlowBer's Privacy Officer and is responsible for our privacy practices. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, email valeriya@flowber.ca with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
