Hi, I'm Valeriya — the hands and heart behind FlowBér.
I believe every celebration deserves something truly special — and a little bit magical. That's why I started FlowBér: to create beautiful, handcrafted marshmallow flowers that taste just as wonderful as they look.
With over 20 years of experience in the food industry and a Canadian SafeCheck®️ Advanced Food Safety certification, I bring both expertise and care to every batch I make. Your safety and your joy are always my top priorities.

Marshmallow Floristry:
A Symphony of Taste and Lightness
Imagine biting into a soft cloud — airy, delicate, and filled with real fruit flavour. Our marshmallow flowers are made in the Eastern European zefir tradition: a light confection crafted from fruit and berry purée that gently melts on your tongue.
The airy texture comes from whipped egg whites, while agar-agar stabilizes the mass and helps each flower keep its shape, even in the most delicate petal designs.
We use a unique hand-shading technique to colour our flowers: a very fine, almost weightless spray layer with carefully chosen combinations of tones. This approach allows us to achieve realistic depth, soft gradients, and a look that closely resembles real fresh flowers — without overloading the product with colour inside.
Our recipe is naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, and fat-free, with about 300 calories per 100 g, making it a lighter alternative to many classic desserts.

Shelf Life:
- • At room temperature: up to 5 days
- • In the refrigerator (in sealed packaging): 7–10 days
